Senior Mine Engineer

The Senior Mine Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight of open pit mine planning, engineering, and surveying functions at the Hycroft mine site. This role ensures that mine plans are optimized, executable, and aligned with site and corporate objectives while supporting safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Working closely with Operations, Geology, and site leadership, this position drives short, medium, and long-term planning strategies, manages technical risks, and ensures the delivery of high-quality engineering support to enable operational success and future site development.

Initially this role will focus on providing support for long-term planning, economic trade-off studies, and technical studies.

Senior Geologist

The senior geologist assists with all aspects of exploration as needed, including but not limited to drill planning and execution, core and RC logging, geologic mapping, geologic interpretation, near-mine reconnaissance, sampling, and QA/QC.

Senior Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our growing corporate accounting team. This role plays a key part in the monthly close process, consolidated financial reporting, and public-company reporting support. You will own critical corporate accounting areas- corporate month-end close, including G&A accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, stock-based compensation, and cash reporting-while partnering closely with site accounting, treasury, payroll, and financial reporting.

As a Security Tech you will be a responsible and vigilant member of our team to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a high visibility presence and preventing illegal or inappropriate actions. Able to handle confidential information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. You will also have previous experience in security or law enforcement and prior medical training will be a plus.

IT System Administrator

Responsible for installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting network devices and systems, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, etc. You will also monitor network performance and availability and implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.

Should have a solid knowledge of network protocols, standards, and architectures, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, etc. You should also have experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server, Linux, etc. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and projects.

Geological Technician

As Geological Technician 1, you will be responsible for assisting in all processes and workflows within the Hycroft Exploration Team. This work may include, but not limited to geotechnical drill core data collection, drill core photography, drill core cutting, QA/QC sampling, surveying, forklift operation, equipment maintenance, general labor, data entry, file organization and any additional tasks required to support the team.

Exploration Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead all exploration activities at the Hycroft project, efficiently managing all near-existing deposits and regional exploration team activities.

Core Shed Supervisor

Core Shed Supervisor performs and monitors projects and programs dealing with drilling, sample collection, preparation, storage, shipping, and record-keeping. Position will work with and lead the team to execute department objectives while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Hycroft’s values.

Assay Lab Superintendent

The Lab Superintendent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Company’s assay laboratory in support of exploration, resource definition, and development activities. The role will lead the restart, commissioning, and ongoing management of the laboratory, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality analytical results while maintaining industry leading standards for safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including sample preparation, fire assay, instrumental analysis, QA/QC programs, personnel management, equipment maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The position will play a critical role in reducing assay turnaround times and supporting the Company’s exploration objectives.
