Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is a U.S.-based high-grade silver and gold mining company that owns the Hycroft Mine, a well-established, world-class asset located in northern Nevada, a tier-1 mining jurisdiction.
Hycroft is one of the largest gold and silver deposits in the world with over 16.4 million ounces of gold and over 562.6 million ounces of silver in the Measured and Indicated Category (over 22.9 million ounces gold equivalent) plus an additional 5.03 million ounces of gold and 132.8 million ounces of silver in the Inferred Category (an additional 6.6 million ounces gold equivalent).(1) (2) The Company’s land position is approximately 64,000 acres of which only ~15% has been explored.

The Company is engaged in an active exploration drill program that has delivered transformational results. The first success was announced in November 2023 after the Company drilled the “best hole ever” in the mine’s more than 40-year history. That drill campaign resulted in the discovery of two very high-grade silver systems, Brimstone and Vortex.
Both systems continue to grow with every drill campaign, remain open in all directions and at depth, and represent a transformationalvalue driver for the Hycroft Mine.
The Company's 2026 S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary and Initial Assessment (the “TRS”) confirmed strong economics for the existing resource, based on a mine plan for a milling operation utilizing conventional pressure oxidation (“POX”) and heap leach processing. The TRS demonstrated the scale, quality, and long-term potential of the Hycroft Mine, further reinforcing its position as a multigenerational, world-class asset.
The Hycroft Mine is permitted for both heap leach and milling operations and currently has extensive infrastructure on site including three-stage crushing facilities, leach pad capacity, and two Merrill Crowe plants with a refinery
